Founded in 1985, Kai Fat Brush Factory Limited engaged in the implantation process of brush manufacturing, primarily on subcontracting basis, in Hong Kong. In 1987, Kai Fat built its first manufacturing complex, namely “Lung Cheong Machinery Factory? in Dongguan,Guangzhou, China and relocated and consolidated its implantation facilities in the new premise. Ever since the debut of operation, Kai Fat’s business had expanded by leaps and bounds.
In 1998, Kai Fat was awarded ISO 9002:1994 certification, and accredited an upgrade to ISO 9001:2000 version in 2001. We take pride in being the first brush manufacturing company to attain this recognized and acclaimed status in East Asian.
In both Hong Kong and China, we have a team of experienced and energetic sales and marketing professionals catering for customer requirements, and showrooms systematically displaying a myriad of regular and latest hairbrush products. We harness enterprise-wide information system not only to facilitate seamless internal communication, but also enable accurate and timely information exchange with valued customers and suppliers. By the end of 2004, Kai Fat has already amassed a product portfolio of over 10,000 different styles of hairbrush products for its worldwide customers and it is still growing rapidly. Our factories in Guangzhou and Ningbo span over 400,000 square meters of manufacturing space and employ a workforce of around 4,000, empowering us with the capability to expand production by about 70,000,000 units per annum.
